Hebrews 9

“(27) Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, (28) so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”

Make no mistake, we all will die, and just assuredly as death, we all will face judgment. Without Jesus, our sins can not be washed clean; therefore, will come up short with sins for which to atone. Jesus was sacrificed, once, one pure and perfect life, given for us all, our only way to pay the price of sin, which is death. Because of Jesus’ sacrifice, we can all cleansed by His blood, but we have to choose to do so. He will not force us. If you haven’t done so, accept Jesus today, for we are not promised tomorrow. As the verse above says, Jesus will return, but this time for salvation to His chosen.

Thank you, Jesus for Your sacrifice, for paying the price of my sins, that I may be forgiven, cleansed and allowed the glorious gift of salvation. That I may rejoice that I don’t get what I deserve, but infinitely better because of You. I thank and praise You, Jesus, King of Kings. Amen.
