“7Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. 8Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully. 9Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.”
Be on your guard everyone. Just as it was then, it is now. There are many deceivers, speaking many so called “truths”, all which deny Jesus Christ. As it is clearly written above, we must stand our ground for Jesus, to inherit our reward in Heaven. Those who turn and refuse to continue the teaching of Christ are without God. Make sure this does not happen to any of you. Make sure you are centered around Jesus Christ the Lord, so you will not be swayed.
Lord please help me to always stay focused on and teach properly of Your Son, Jesus Christ, so others may see Him through me. For I never want to turn my back on You or Your word, for You are good and Your love, oh God, endures forever. I praise Your Holy Name.
