Matthew 1

23"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" which means, "God with us."

God with us, that is what Jesus Christ is, God in human form. God, loving us so much, that He gives His Son to live as humans live, to experience life as humans do. Be born, grow, learn, live and die, as we do. Be tempted, tried, and ridiculed, feel pain, hunger, and thirst; to experience life as we do, so He could empathize and sympathize with us, for He is God with us! Ultimately, Jesus gave His life for us, that we may live forever. Thank you, Jesus for that sacrifice and for Your love. Thank you for being willing to live among us, experience our lives, feel our pains and be willing to die for us, though we don’t deserve it. You are so worthy of our praise. I love, praise and worship Your Holy Name, sweet Jesus. Amen
